This year’s Fall Parade features 9 new homes by some of our top builder members, 5 homes under construction, 4 developments, and new this year, 1 “Will Build to Suit” lot available by a builder member.  Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for something to accommodate a growing family or you are dreaming of that perfect retirement home, we have it this year.  This is your chance to view cutting edge quality products and exceptional services by our associate members that can be incorporated into your remodel or the design of your future home.

The Fall Parade of Homes allows the opportunity to talk face to face with professional builders while touring homes they built.  Builders, Realtors, and some building suppliers will be onsite for you during the Parade to discuss their products and services.  Start at any home that you like and visit as many as you want. The Fall Parade is an excellent time to see remarkable homes throughout the Triad and start planning your dream home. Homes are open 1 pm -5 pm, October 9 & 10 and October 16 & 17.  Please note that we are observing all CDC Guidelines and admissions will be limited accordingly.

The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem is providing virtual tours in addition to the traditional Parade of Homes open house this fall.  The builders wanted to make their homes available for anyone unable to, or uncomfortable with, viewing the homes in person. You can view the 3-D Matterport Tours of the Parade homes from the comfort of your own home! These virtual tours will be available via this website. This website provides contact information for our Parade builders as well as information about each Parade home.
